How quickly can you respond to water damage in Canberra?
We aim to be on site the same day for emergency water-damage call-outs across Canberra and the ACT. The faster we can start extraction and drying, the less risk of mould, warped flooring and ruined skirting boards.
Can wet carpet be saved, or does it always need replacing?
In most clean-water cases (burst pipes, rainwater, washing-machine overflow) carpet can be dried, sanitised and saved if we get to it within 48 hours. Sewage-contaminated or long-soaked carpet usually needs replacing for health reasons — we'll tell you straight either way.
Do you restore timber, vinyl and tile floors as well as carpet?
Yes. We dry and restore timber and laminate where possible, replace water-damaged vinyl planks, deep-clean and re-seal tile and grout, and buff and re-seal natural stone after water exposure.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes — we provide moisture readings, photos and a clear scope of works so your insurer has the documentation they need. We can liaise directly with your assessor on request.
